HELLO XANGA!!
It has been a loooooooooong time since I have visited this page! I couldn't even remember how to write a new blog, but I figured it out (obviously)! I realize how lame my xanga layout is (scene from the OC) and I am so glad I'm not the kind of girl that would put that on her background anymore (even though I still love the OC) haha :) I don't feel like changing it but I will !! Seriously tho, it's so amazing to realize that you've changed! My days of putting up JTT and Orlando Bloom posters are over! I was definetely a boy crazy lil girl...but I'm changing into a woman of God! Going to PBC was the wisest decision I have ever made. Seriously! It's amazing what 3 years of Bible College can do to you...and how you can look back and not even recognize the girl you used to be. I mean, don't get me wrong, Im not perfect at all! I still have issues I gotta deal with and mindsets I have to break...but I'm getting better!
Anyways, right now I'm at a coffee shop called Sip and Kranz. Just had myself a delicous vanilla latte. I always get vanilla lates lol I just don't like change when it comes to food and drinks haha. I'm listening to Jon Foreman...amazing! He is so talented! I'm with my roomie Jamie Janzen, an amazing woman of God :) I love her! My other roomate is Luann Green who I love and adore :) It's amazing how a relationship can change once you become roomates..God is very strategic that way! Wow, I forgot how I could just ramble on and on! Anyways, homework awaits me!!
I will be home May21st!! Crazy how times flies!! See you all soon :)

| K so its been a really long time since I last wrote a beautiful xanga entry haha I don't know why but I just never come on here anymore, I like to though and see what's going on in all of your lives! I miss home and I'm excited to go back and see everyone! Wow God has been doing so much in my life it's kinda insane. He's making me realize more and more each day how I need him BAD! It's good though..soooo good! Im rooming with Luann and Tiff and I LOVE IT !! They are the best roomies anyone could ask for!! Anyways, I need to be a good girl and go study...LOVE YOU ALL : )

| IM HOME SWEET HOME!! Im not gonna lie...its weird! I just find that so much has changed....and Ive changed too so Im realizing it more and more as Im home. Its scary growing up..watching your friends get married one by one and then start thinking about your life and your future and have all these uncertainties. Thank God that He has it all planned out and I dont have to worry...cuz a lot of the time I sure dont know what Im doing haha. Im just following Him and His plans for my life because I dont want to ever settle for anything less. Its sad watching friends fall away from God and change so much and not even knowing who they are anymore. I still care so much for them but it hurts me to watch them just walking away from the great plans that God has for them. Its in Gods hands tho...not ours. Cher, Ry and I were watching old videos from Generation Conference and it made me really sad. Everyone has grown up and going different places and in different directions and who knows if we will ever all be together again!! Life seemed so much simpler then...but this is life right?! Its a crazy wild adventure. As I get older the more I realize how important it is to trust in God. I dont know where Id be without Him and I dont want to think about how Id be!! but its great to be home and see everyone, I missed you guys a lot!! I love you all so much!! -Tashy- |
